When the company name PVS nv is heard, it’s possible that it doesn’t immediately ring a bell. Internationally, however, we are known as one of the world's most innovative audio companies. Our family company, which has been offering industrial and professional sound systems since the 1980s, has a strong passion for sound. Over the years, the company has grown from shop to wholesale and from wholesale to manufacturer and founder of the AUDAC, CAYMON and PROCAB brands.

But even today, the story of PVS is a growth story. With the mentioned brands above, we are currently active in more than 90 countries, all with a solid team of 60 people. In the coming years we want to expand our workforce to continue the explosive growth, but without compromising the relaxed friendly atmosphere that characterizes our workplace. Function

You actively participate in the further development of the HR processes, make structural improvement proposals and contribute to the further establishment of the feedback culture. In our growing company, the organisation chart is constantly changing, which is why it is important that you respond quickly to the concrete and rapidly changing needs of our company. 

You are the first point of contact for employees and managers for all HR-related matters. 

The selection procedure of new candidates is also part of your responsibility: publishing vacancies, maintaining contact with temping and selection agencies, sourcing candidates (vdab, LinkedIn), conducting selection interviews and scheduling these for CEO and managers. You provide the candidates with the necessary feedback. 

When a candidate starts, you are the person who takes care of the whole process and the tour.

Requirements

• You have at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in an HR-related direction, and you are familiar with social legislation & labour law.
• You are prepared to learn continuously, to question things and to propose initiatives to make improvements. 
• You are a strong communicatoef in Dutch and can express yourself fluently in English.
• You are positive, a team player and hands-on
• You demonstrate good team spirit, as you are the point of contact for the employees. 
• You are discreet, empathic, diplomatic and can easily gain confidence. 
• You are not afraid of a new challenge and would like to take it up. You tackle problems solving them in case they arise.
• You can easily work with the current computer programs.

De firmanaam PVS nv zal bij velen misschien niet meteen een belletje doen rinkelen. Op internationaal vlak staan we echter bekend als een van ‘s werelds meest innoverende audiobedrijven. Ons familiebedrijf dat al sinds de jaren 80 industriële en professionele geluidsinstallaties aanbiedt, heeft een sterk ontwikkelde passie voor geluid. De firma is in de loop der jaren gegroeid van winkel tot groothandel en van groothandel tot fabrikant en oprichter van de merken AUDAC, CAYMON en PROCAB.

Ook vandaag is PVS nog steeds een groeiverhaal. Met bovenstaande merken zijn we op dit moment actief in meer dan 90 landen. Dit alles doen we met een hecht team van een 60-tal mensen. De komende jaren willen we ons personeelsbestand aardig uitbreiden om de explosieve groei verder te zetten, echter zonder afbreuk te doen aan de ongedwongen en vriendschappelijke sfeer die onze werkplek kenmerkt. Functie

Je werkt actief mee aan de verdere uitbouw van de HR-processen, doet structurele verbeteringsvoorstellen en werkt mee aan het verder opzetten van de feedbackcultuur. In ons groeiend bedrijf is het organogram steeds in beweging en daarom is het belangrijk dat je snel inspeelt op de concrete en snel wijzigende noden van ons bedrijf. 

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers en leidinggevenden voor alle HR gerelateerde materies. 

De selectieprocedure van nieuwe kandidaten behoort eveneens tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid: publiceren van vacatures, contacten onderhouden met uitzend- en selectiekantoren, sourcen van kandidaten (vdab,LinkedIn), het voeren van selectiegesprekken en deze inplannen voor CEO en managers. Je voorziet de kandidaten van de nodige feedback. 

Wanneer er een kandidaat opstart ben jij de persoon die heel het onthaal en de rondleiding op zich neemt. 

Vereisten

• Je beschikt minimum over een bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur in een HR-gerelateerde richting en bent vertrouwd met sociale wetgeving & arbeidsrecht
• Je bent bereid continu bij te leren, dingen in vraag te stellen en initiatieven voor te stellen om verbeteringen aan te brengen. 
• Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels
• Je bent positief ingesteld, een teamplayer en hands-on
• Je getuigt van een goede teamspirit, aangezien je het aanspreekpunt bent van de medewerkers 
• Je bent discreet, empatisch, diplomatisch en weet op een vlotte manier het vertrouwen te winnen 
• Je bent niet bang van een nieuwe uitdaging en gaat deze graag aan. Je pakt problemen oplossend aan in geval deze zich voordoen
• Je kan vlot overweg met de courante computerprogramma's
