Function

As a Project Development Executive, you are responsible for prospecting and maintaining all relationships with installation companies, study circles and architects on the Belgian market. You are actively looking for new opportunities for each of our 3 brands, where most of your business will be generated by the AUDAC brand. The focus is on building and maintaining long-term relationships. You will also be closely involved in the development of the various projects. You keep an overall view of the prospecting process and bring the various departments together in order to always achieve the most impressive realisations.

Requirements

• You have a good technical knowledge (electronics).
• You have strong commercial skills.
• Knowledge of the audio-visual market and techniques would be a very strong asset.
• You are familiar with the operation of tendering procedures.
• You have at least a bachelor's degree.
• You are flexible, have good communication skills.
• You are able to handle stress well.
• You are able to work both within a team and alone is a must.
• You speak fluent Dutch and you have knowledge of French and English.

Functie

Als Technisch commercieel projectontwikkelaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor het prospecteren en onderhouden van alle relaties met installatiebedrijven, studieburelen en architecten op de Belgische markt. Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten voor elk van onze 3 merken, waar het grootste deel van jouw business zal gegenereerd worden door het merk AUDAC. De focus ligt op het opbouwen en onderhouden van lange termijn relaties. Verder word je nauw betrokken bij de uitwerking van de verschillende projecten. Je houdt een overkoepelend zicht op het traject van de prospecties en brengt de verschillende afdelingen samen om zo steeds tot de meest indrukwekkende realisaties te komen.

Vereisten

• Je hebt een goede technische kennis (elektronica)
• Je bezit sterke commerciële vaardigheden
• Kennis van de audiovisuele markt en technieken zijn een zeer sterk pluspunt
• Je bent vertrouwd met de werking omtrent aanbestedingen
• Je beschikt over een diploma, graduaat of hoger
• Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel, communicatief en kan autonoom werken
• Je getuigt van een goede teamspirit
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt kennis van Frans en Engels
